Mood Senpai provides anime recommendations based on user-submitted mood prompts, powered by AI.

• You must be 13 or older to use this service.
• You may not use our services for any illegal or abusive purposes.

2. Accounts and Credits

• You can sign up using email/password or Google OAuth.
• 1 credit = 1 custom mood prompt.
• Preset mood prompts are free to use and do not require an account.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable.
• Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime but are not prorated for unused time.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the service
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal prompts
• Abuse or misrepresent the output of our AI model

Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination and blacklisting of your email.

4. AI-Generated Content

Mood Senpai uses a language model to generate recommendations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of the recommendations. Use them at your own discretion.

5. Ownership and Licensing

• You retain full rights to use the recommendations you receive.
• All app branding and software are owned by Mood Senpai.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mood Senpai is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated output.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
